One of my paintings ended up crammed behind a mattress in the truck, and I discovered a nasty rip across the canvas when unloading. Nobody admitted to doing it, and I got zero compensation.
TJ did an ANAZING job moving us from Florida to Ohio. He was very personable, courteous, efficient, and helpful. He delivered our belongings just when he said he would. He maintained communication throughout the whole process. His team disassembled and reassembled furniture, and took excellent care of our items. They were also so nice and had such a good attitude, even with my blunder, which made the day easier. They packed what was inventoried, then made a separate list and got me a quote for the additional stuff I had so that I could pay the balance without any delay or headache in moving everything else. Then they loaded the rest of the truck and got me in my new place super fast! They also did a great job keeping my furniture safe in the move. They’re so fantastic, and I highly highly recommend them. We’ll be using them again for our next move without a doubt!
