This was my third time moving with Cross Country Movers, and once again, they went above and beyond. We had a huge house to move, and of course, some unexpected last-minute changes came up—but they handled it all with incredible patience, professionalism, and care. Overall we had a great experience and would use this service again!

The communication morning of the move was clear and appreciated. The crew arrived around 8:30am and immediately put down floor protection which was appreciated. Joe and John started packing up, which is such a nice service to offer, and everything was handled with care. Once everything was loaded up we then met at the end destination. Again protection was put down and the unloading was efficient. Overall we had a great experience and would use this service again!

They are cheap and highly suggested.

I recently helped my uncle move into a smaller home, and we had some older furniture and heavy boxes to sort through. Some of the items were really sentimental, like his dining table and old photo albums. The movers took their time and made sure everything was packed carefully. They didn’t rush us, even when things got a little disorganized. It felt like they actually respected the situation.

Clark and Andrew did an outstanding job delivering the vanity that I ordered. They were considerate of where they drove on the property, making sure that I approved everything before they proceeded. Rated 1 out of 5 stars If I could give them zero stars I…

If I could give them zero stars I would. The actual guys who moved the boxes were great, but the company lost five of my boxes, said they would pay me for them if I signed and notarized a form, and then NEVER sent payment. They also gave my number to the guy who brought the truck to my new apartment and he sent me a video of him having sex afterward. If you are moving an apartment DO NOT use this company, they are crooks.

My hats off to you!

After years in the same condo, my parents were downsizing, and I wanted it to go smoothly for them. The movers I hired from this company arrived early, explained everything clearly, and treated my parents’ belongings with so much care and respect. They even took the time to reassemble furniture at the new place. My parents were comfortable the entire time, which meant everything to me. Absolutely recommended!
