If I could do zero star I would
They do not properly take care of your items. Most of your stuff will be broken, stolen, or just downright filthy. Please go use someone else if you actually want to get your stuff as is. Then when you try to get a claim for your items they give you the run around. They subcontract out so there’s no communication or any accountability.

Good Job
We had an odd job of moving my basement workshop out of a small basement with a narrow, winding stairwell. I have lots of heavy machinery, awkward parts, and bulky equipment. They clearly know all the tricks of the trade. At the new house, they had to cross newly refinished wood floors and navigate freshly painted walls on the way down to the basement, and nothing was damaged or scuffed. We even had a surprise item to move from the garage to the second floor, and they were happy to help.

Great Customers Services!
This move felt easier because Cross Country Movers experts took the lead on small details. They had furniture blankets, tools for disassembly, and extra shrink wrap for our glass table. I didn’t lift a finger once they arrived, and they constantly checked in before taping or wrapping anything. I couldn’t have asked for anything else!

Had an excellent experience with this packers and movers team. They were punctual, professional, and took great care in packing and transporting all items safely. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. The staff were polite, responsive, and made sure everything reached the destination in perfect condition. Exceptional movers
Keith, Jalen, and Tony were exceptional movers. They constantly communicated with my wife and me about what we wanted moved from our apartment and where we wanted to put everything in the house where we moved. They were methodical and swift. I trusted them the entire time that they were moving us, and I am glad that I chose Cross Country Movers over all of their competitors in the Chicagoland area. We believed that they would be the best moving company, and they were.

TJ did an ANAZING job moving us from Florida to Ohio. He was very personable, courteous, efficient, and helpful. He delivered our belongings just when he said he would. He maintained communication throughout the whole process. His team disassembled and reassembled furniture, and took excellent care of our items. They spent extra time with our belongings
They spent extra time with our belongings to make sure the packing job we did would keep everything protected. They worked diligently and efficiently, all while keeping smiles on their faces and the jokes flowing with us and amongst their team. Overall, it was the most enjoyable move we have ever done and we will absolutely be return customers in the future.

they handled everything very well.
I couldn’t believe how smooth the transition was from our two-bedroom condo to our new family home. The movers wrapped each piece of furniture with care, labeled every box, and protected our fragile items. Not a single thing was scratched. Their efficiency and knowledge impressed us deeply.
