Super PRECISE and ON TIME!
We had a lot of last-minute details to take care of, and the movers were helpful in making sure everything was in order. They didn’t hesitate to assist us with disassembling furniture, packing fragile items, and moving some things to a different room in our new place. Their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference.

This was my third time moving with Cross Country Movers, and once again, they went above and beyond. We had a huge house to move, and of course, some unexpected last-minute changes came up—but they handled it all with incredible patience, professionalism, and care. Every step of the way, the team was friendly, careful with our belongings, and just genuinely great to work with. They made a very stressful day feel so much easier. I would highly recommend them.
I found them on the Good Contractors List and noticed they had recently moved a neighbor. In addition they had very positive on line reviews so I took a chance. Glad I did as it was a fantastic experience. They were thorough, detail oriented, and focused on performing quality work. They are extremely customer centric, top to bottom, striving to provide an incredible customer experience. I would highly recommend them.

The crew was polite!!!
I was nervous about moving across the country, but this firm made it easy. They were punctual, wrapped my gadgets and glass cookware, and assisted me in unpacking when I arrived. Each mover answered my endless questions politely and quickly. I made the best decision by choosing them.

Highly recommend them if you need to move.
Cross Country Movers got back to me quickly, outlined what to expect, reasonable prices, and we booked with ease. Their movers arrived on time, were professional, and were some of the quickest movers we've had! They climbed stairs and still managed to get us fully moved into our unit in 2 hours! Highly recommend them if you need to move.

Poor estimate and poor communication
My rugs were rolled up without any protection, and now they have weird creases and some grease stains. I’m not sure if they dragged them through the street, but it sure looks like it.

Exceptional customer service, level of care, punctuality, packing knowledge, professional demeanour, team work and communication skills. Did a two stop delivery in industrial part of Brooklyn with some cumbersome pieces and staircases and all arrived safely with a team that felt like they were in lock step. Said, Dima and Timur were timely without compromising handling. I had a seamless experience for something that is normally stressful. I was quoted a bunch of other rates by more “known” companies but am extremely happy I went with Cross Country Movers in the end. Would use them again in a heartbeat. Thank you guys!

They are cheap and highly suggested.
I recently helped my uncle move into a smaller home, and we had some older furniture and heavy boxes to sort through. Some of the items were really sentimental, like his dining table and old photo albums. The movers took their time and made sure everything was packed carefully. They didn’t rush us, even when things got a little disorganized. It felt like they actually respected the situation.

Pedro, Cesar and Dulis where absolutely fantastic! Not only did they go the extra mile and take great care of our things but they were all professional, fast, efficient and communicated perfectly! I would highly recommend this team! They where amazing! !
