Used Cross Country Movers for an office move and the team was fast, efficient, and very friendly. Definitely a top to bottom crew that covered all of the details of a complex move, allowing me to focus on my other work. I transported my antique dining set, complete with six chairs and a china cabinet, to a new home across town. Each chair was wrapped individually, and the cabinet was secured with soft straps. The movers kept the glass doors safe from scratches, and the set looked perfect in my new dining room. Their careful handling made the whole move feel stress-free.
I recently helped my uncle move into a smaller home, and we had some older furniture and heavy boxes to sort through. Some of the items were really sentimental, like his dining table and old photo albums. The movers took their time and made sure everything was packed carefully. They didn’t rush us, even when things got a little disorganized. It felt like they actually respected the situation.

Everything was wrapped well in paper for our kitchen items and moving blankets for our furniture. Not one item was even so much as scuffed and they were considerate of our home - laying down walkway blankets and moving items in carefully. Very professional team and a great service from them.
They were friendly, respectful, and worked quickly without rushing. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. The team was punctual, organized, and extremely careful with all of my belongings. It took them the whole night to move all of our belongings which is understandable because we started so late but despite that they made sure to finish the job.
One of my paintings ended up crammed behind a mattress in the truck, and I discovered a nasty rip across the canvas when unloading. Nobody admitted to doing it, and I got zero compensation.
Great movers, quick and efficient and easy to work with! One furniture piece ended up with two scratches, but otherwise everything was great! They took down and set back up pieces and moved a couple items multiple times to get the right spot. Highly recommend!
The team and crew were very efficient, careful and professional. Led by Jesus who was friendly and attentive. Two things I would recommend is that the team bring their own ladders to get up into high shelves and a broom for any cleanup. I had to lend them mine. All in all a great experience and I would highly recommend this company.
