I needed help moving the large pieces of furniture and boxes up out of a base into a U-Haul truck since I fractured my knee cap. Not only were they up front about all the charges, the process on how they were going to load everything securely, they even checked in several times to give updates on the items still left to move.
They made sure I was happy with the placement, adjusting it a few inches to the right... to the left... before moving on to the next cabinet. I would not hesitate to use Jeff and your company again! Thank you for the excellent service!!
Cross Country Movers is an excellent company to work with. Movers on both ends were efficient and handled my good with care. I moved from California to Dallas, and my items were delivered within a week of pick up. Nothing was missing or damaged. One of my paintings ended up crammed behind a mattress in the truck, and I discovered a nasty rip across the canvas when unloading. Nobody admitted to doing it, and I got zero compensation.
