They are cheap and highly suggested.
I recently helped my uncle move into a smaller home, and we had some older furniture and heavy boxes to sort through. Some of the items were really sentimental, like his dining table and old photo albums. The movers took their time and made sure everything was packed carefully. They didn’t rush us, even when things got a little disorganized. It felt like they actually respected the situation.

Worth every penny.
It would have taken me a week and a bunch of unhappy relatives fed on cheap pizza to do what these guys did a few hours. Very efficient and professional. Much better than what I've experienced from other 5 star companies. Worth every penny.

This was my third time moving with Cross Country Movers, and once again, they went above and beyond. We had a huge house to move, and of course, some unexpected last-minute changes came up—but they handled it all with incredible patience, professionalism, and care. Proficient Movers
I transported my antique dining set, complete with six chairs and a china cabinet, to a new home across town. Each chair was wrapped individually, and the cabinet was secured with soft straps. The movers kept the glass doors safe from scratches, and the set looked perfect in my new dining room. Their careful handling made the whole move feel stress-free.

Do not use!!! Beware!!
One of my paintings ended up crammed behind a mattress in the truck, and I discovered a nasty rip across the canvas when unloading. Nobody admitted to doing it, and I got zero compensation.

If I could do zero star I would
They do not properly take care of your items. Most of your stuff will be broken, stolen, or just downright filthy. Please go use someone else if you actually want to get your stuff as is. Then when you try to get a claim for your items they give you the run around. They subcontract out so there’s no communication or any accountability.

They were on time and communicated clearly
They were on time, communicated clearly, worked quickly, and took great care of our belongings. We moved from a third story condo with no elevator but the stairs didn't seem to slow them down at all. Everything arrived at our new home safely. I will definitely use them if I ever need to move again!

Would definitely recommend!
They were on-time, wrapped my furniture and large electronics, and were courteous throughout the whole process. I had a few pieces of furniture that I had very specific instructions for handling and they were very careful with these pieces. Would definitely recommend!

Useless
When I called to complain about the issues, the customer service team was rude and dismissive. They talked over me, refused to let me explain the situation, and basically told me there was nothing they could do. I’ve never dealt with such poor service.
