It was challenging to find movers who worked on weekends, and I could only move on Sundays. These men made the entire procedure seem routine. Absolutely no worries!
I had an excellent experience with this moving company from start to finish. Communication was great. I spoke with the owner beforehand, and everything was clear, professional, and easy to coordinate. James and Amir were outstanding on moving day: incredibly efficient, very professional, and they treated every item with the kind of care you rarely see. They made the whole process smooth and worry‑free. I’ll definitely be using this company again.
To make moving the desk easier, I partially disassembled the desk by removing the lower section. There was no need to take apart the rest. Unfortunately, once the movers had it loaded onto their truck, they chose to dismantle more of it without reason. When the desk was delivered, it was incomplete. Four crucial metallic support pieces for the upper shelves were missing.
This team made it so easy for me to move my daughter back home from college. We had a huge load to carry back but they worked fast and none was left behind. They even loaded her bike and other outdoor gear that wouldn’t fit in our car. Absolutely worth it.
Wow! Definitely a 5 ***** moving company. They are on time for the day of your move, which reduces any all stressors that can be related to your planned and busy day. They" re efficient and hard working during your moving process. They come equipped and prepared thoroughly to protect any and all of your items needing any extra care. They definitely aim to please and I highly recommend them not only for my above statements, but also for their cost prevention in keeping their services affordable to the consumer. Cross Country Movers is an excellent company to work with. Movers on both ends were efficient and handled my good with care. I moved from California to Dallas, and my items were delivered within a week of pick up. Nothing was missing or damaged. Communication from getting a quote, booking, payment, and delivery was consistent and I was kept informed regarding movement and delivery. I plan to use Cross Country Movers for any future moves.
They did everything on my move and not one thing was damaged. I highly recommended good Greek and ask for Gustavo! They aren’t the cheapest but you get what you pay for! I showed my appreciation with a large tip for the whole crew! I will use them again for my next move!
