Moving company in Boca Raton, FL
The best part was not having to chase anyone for updates. We knew when the crew was coming, and they kept us informed as the move progressed. Simple communication, but it made a real difference.
My main concern was that my antique vanity would be scratched, yet they wrapped it as if it were a museum exhibit. These days, it's difficult to find someone with that level of attention to detail. I heartily endorse Compass Moving LLC.
We moved out things from Minneapolis to Atlanta. Paid in full up front. Paid in Aug only to receive our things in October damaged and a king mattress missing that cost 2000 . Our Italian leather furniture is beyond repair from excessive weight being placed on it during move. These people have no customer care or support. They still haven’t compensated us or delivered our mattress that they claim they have but haven’t delivered and we’re going into November.Bad business!!! Never would recommend this company they quick to take your money but in exchange the service is horrible they don’t even have the decency to contact you regarding your things and what you can expect as far as delivering or compensation….
The crew worked quickly without sacrificing quality. They treated my furniture with respect and made sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. I couldn't be happier with the overall experience.
The movers seemed inexperienced and poorly organized. They constantly stopped to decide what to move next instead of working efficiently. The whole process felt unprofessional and took much longer than expected.
The team arrived as expected and started on the boxes immediately without needing much direction. It was a busy day, but the crew stayed on task and handled getting the items into the different rooms exactly where I wanted them. I didn't have any complaints about how the items were handled or where they were placed in the new home.
Every heavy bolt of fabric landed in the storage room perfectly because the team worked with such focus. For weeks, the pile just kept staring back at me, daring me to figure out how I was going to move it. Watching the truck drive away while I stood in my new shop felt incredible. I can finally design without anything left to worry about.
I'm sorry to say that our home complex was very small and cramped, but the movers handled it so well. They, with the help of small trolleys and lifting straps, carried heavy furniture safely, without damaging the walls. This experience certainly felt through their move. Highly recommended.
Not much to say other than everything worked out fine. Compass Moving Group LLC did a great job! Everything went smoothly!
I don't mind paying for quality service, but this wasn't it. The crew dragged out a small move and wasted valuable time. I've had much bigger moves finished faster by other companies. Very disappointing.

Five stars for the move. Michael helped me pack my kitchen in twenty minutes because I ran out of time, and he wrapped every glass individually.
