The moving service was far below my expectations. There were unnecessary delays and poor communication. The whole process was stressful and frustrating. I expected much better service from a professional company.
I kept thinking I had forgotten something, but every time I checked, it seemed like things were already handled. It felt a bit strange at first because I am used to doing most of it myself. By the end, I realized I did not have to double check as much as I usually do.
The movers seemed inexperienced and poorly organized. They constantly stopped to decide what to move next instead of working efficiently. The whole process felt unprofessional and took much longer than expected.
The experience was positive from beginning to end. The team was reliable, respectful, and made sure every detail was taken care of without any hassle.
I'm sorry to say that our home complex was very small and cramped, but the movers handled it so well. They, with the help of small trolleys and lifting straps, carried heavy furniture safely, without damaging the walls. This experience certainly felt through their move. Highly recommended.
The best part was not having to chase anyone for updates. We knew when the crew was coming, and they kept us informed as the move progressed. Simple communication, but it made a real difference.
I don't mind paying for quality service, but this wasn't it. The crew dragged out a small move and wasted valuable time. I've had much bigger moves finished faster by other companies. Very disappointing.
Communication was a major issue. I called multiple times before moving day to confirm details and rarely got a clear answer. The lack of responsiveness was concerning.
The move was scheduled weeks in advance, and the forecast for that day called for heavy storms. We called and asked them to reschedule, but they said that they would be coming. They had brought tarps, wrapped up all the furniture, and covered the inside of the new house with plastic. Everything stayed dry. It was awesome how they handled it!
