These two went above and beyond to even put a couple, more complicated items back together. A huge help and a highly recommend these two humans! Made the move significantly easier.

Read More If I could give them a zero, I would. I believed all the 4/5 star ratings. This company is not at all accommodating when you actually want your stuff back. Their warehouse is closed on Mondays, you have to have an appointment to get your stuff back. When they damage your stuff they claim "it's not covered under their contract". Read the contract very carefully. So many things not covered. Also if you can't find exactly what was damaged on Amazon or wherever you bought it from they only give you $1 per pound for the item. They damaged a tote with many items in it. Almost impossible to itemized every item but it barely weighed 2 lbs so unless I found the tote cost only I was going to get $2!!!! Do NOT use Clutter if you value anything in storage. They outsource their customer service to representatives that are barely understandable and their scripts are "I understand, I can help" but they don't! Do not use this company. They way over charge you!

Horrible movers. They couldn't move the couch so we had to hire another moving company to do so instead which cost us $400. They left everything in the living room and re ... Read More Horrible movers. They couldn't move the couch so we had to hire another moving company to do so instead which cost us $400. They left everything in the living room and refused to take anything up stairs. took 8 hrs to move us due to wrapping everything including power strips. One mover was sick and disappeared for almost an hour. The company charged us over $1000 and said we were entitled a refund due to poor service but only refunded us $70. Will never use them again.
