Kevin and his team had all the essential tools and equipment to handle the transfer smoothly. They brought dollies, hand trucks, and tools for disassembling furniture.
The movers were friendly and efficient, but they damaged some of my furniture during the transport. They offered to pay for the repairs, but it was still a hassle. I would recommend them if you have sturdy items, but not for delicate ones.
My stress level was brought down to a bearable level by the movers. They maintained the essential appointments to do the task on time and punctually. Throughout, the movers solved the problems and communicated with customer support.
They handled everything, so we didn't have to raise a finger during the relocation procedure. We could identify goods quickly because the crew provided everything required, including boxes, tape, and labels. The movers were pleasant and detail-oriented.

I was just as impressed with the unloading crew as the loading crew. The whole truck was unloaded and into my new apartment in about an hour or so. Again, they worked as a very effective team. One desk was proving to be a problem to get through a doorway due to an added on part. Ayriell was quick to set to work disassembling the desk so that Lucas and Jeff could continue unloading the truck and I heard a lot of communication about who was bringing what up, where certain pieces were, etc. Lucas and Jeff were great about clarifying not just which rooms pieces went into but also where in the room I would like them placed. All three were quick to reassemble all the furniture at the end.
David willingly stepped forward to help me with an issue with my closet. While I was putting my clothes away for packing, one of the bars broke. He came over, identified the issue and quickly fixed it. I was honestly worried that I might have to buy a new one, but he saved me from additional charges. And he didn’t even charge me for it! I can’t thank him enough!
