Our team was Andre, Jimmie, and Jimmy. They were excellent. Got here exactly when they said they would, friendly, Stayed and put - even pieces that were complicated to put together - back together. Nothing damaged or left out. They just did a phenomenal job. We recommend them 100 percent. ❤️

I have never moved to another state in my entire life, so the thought of doing so caused me a lot of stress. I screened several moving companies and decided to go with United, working with Browning Moving & Storage, their affiliate based in Florida. When I initially started talking to Troy, I shared my concerns, just as anyone would. I explained to him that, given he had never moved before, I would have many questions and concerns, and I was hopeful that he could put my mind at ease. Troy and his associate Tyler were excellent to work with. They quickly answered all my questions and ensured that my concerns were addressed and that I felt comfortable with the move. I couldn’t have felt more comfortable in the days leading up to moving day. The day before, they sent a team of people to complete the packing process before moving day. They were great to work with, super friendly and worked fast. They literally were gone before I knew it. The moving day team was also amazing. Miguel, the driver, was top-notch. He took his time to walk through the house and reassure us about what the team would be doing and how they would ensure everything was taken care of. During the moving day, they communicated clearly, asking questions when necessary and also talking me through some of the delivery process. Miguel managed the team well. The process was smooth, and once they left, I felt like my house was in good hands. Miguel continued to communicate with me during the move process till he arrived on drop-off day. This, again, was an amazing experience. It was like a well-oiled machine. Miguel clearly received a lot of respect from his crew, and rightfully so, he was a great leader and knew how to dive in and help them with the complicated parts of the delivery and unpacking. I couldn’t say anything else about this experience. I already told Miguel that we want him to help us with the next step in our move when we buy our new house. The process was flawless; I felt like we were taken care of throughout the entire process. Once we were done, I felt like the move was nothing compared to the next process – unpacking!

Terrance Strong and Jessica Scott were very professional, organized, and efficient. They kept me updated of arrival time, if there was any delay, etc… overall, great communication, nothing was broken, and everything was accounted for.
