They packed our things so fast, but still stayed careful. When we got to the new place, they set everything up the same way as it was before.

Read More Please please please, don't go with Brightside Moving Group. The worst moving services that you can pay for. I don't even know how they make it to the Forbes list. Has the experience at pickup - Less that needed people showed up for packaging and the whole process took until 12 in the night. Majority of the packers were high when they showed up. After the pick up, there was no information about our stuff and we constantly had to call them everyday to get an update. Even during delivery, we were told the stuff was being delivered on a give date and time or else the stuff was going to storage with additional charges. What if you are working on that day ? Are you supposed to take a day off from work to get your stuff? Seems unreasonable. Please do your due diligence before moving forward with this company. Not the best moving experience.

Do not give this company your money if you want your items delivered in any sort of a timely manner, or if you do not have a degree in investigative journalism, because the second they cash your check there is absolutely no follow-up or exchange of information on the whereabouts of your items or any kind of ETA. This company is a moving, which means they will outsource your contract to whatever poor excuse for a moving company they can find, who will then arrive late to pick up your things and then proceed to hold on to them for weeks past the estimated delivery time. We were told we could expect our items within 7 business days of 8/11/26. It is now 8/24/26 and the company that has had our items STILL has not found a driver to deliver to us, and have no answers as to how soon they will get that taken care of (seems pretty counterintuitive of a moving company to not have any available drivers...). We have been sleeping on a mattress pad on the floor for two weeks now because our bed is part of that load, and there is no indication on how much longer we will have to do this for. You are so much better off paying the money to transport your goods yourself via Uhaul, TRUST ME.
