They did not skimp on any weather, even during the worst of it. All items were received on time, and none were damaged. Kudos to their hard work and dedication!

Read More If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. My experience with Brightside Moving Group has been so unacceptable that I feel obligated to warn others. My move with this company was one of the bad experiences I’ve ever had. Not only were there multiple issues during the move itself, but I also had to spend significant time, documentation, and money to properly submit a damage reimbursement claim through their required process. My claim was submitted through Anthem Claims, and as of today, nearly four years later, I still have not received the reimbursement I was promised. I was even asked for my Venmo by a representative last year, who confirmed payment was coming, yet nothing ever arrived. Since then, I’ve emailed and called repeatedly and have not received a single meaningful update or resolution. The complete lack of communication, accountability, and follow-through is shocking. If you value your belongings, your time, and your sanity, I highly recommend choosing a different moving company.

Communication was poor from the start, and nobody explained that the delivery date was only an estimate for finding a driver rather than an actual arrival date. My belongings were delayed for days, causing significant inconvenience and unexpected expenses. When I discovered missing items, customer support became defensive and refused to take responsibility. I spent weeks calling different departments before someone finally agreed to help. The entire experience was exhausting, frustrating, and far more stressful than it needed to be. I would absolutely never recommend this company.

Read More The move had to be on a weekday during working hours, and we had to take part of the day off. They were very good at communicating; that was definitely a strong point. They told us about each step they took along the way, stopped when they reached the new address and waited for us to arrive to unload the trucks. We didn't have to hover, and that trust allowed us to focus on other things. We’re very pleased!
