After storing our belongings for about a year, they misplaced roughly half of it, including furniture, keepsakes, wedding pictures, and baby goods. There hasn't been any customer service. They didn't even reply when we offered to come check for our belongings ourselves. Who knows if our belongings were stolen or lost? No explanation has been given to us. The loss of so many sentimental, personal items—things we will never be able to replace—is the saddest part of this financial blow. If you care about your belongings, don't use this company because they don't.

Look elsewhere if you want to engage with knowledgeable, accommodating customer service agents, receive excellent service and communication, and at the at least be reimbursed for the harm they have caused to your belongings (I have a claim from more than a year ago that hasn't been paid out). Before you ever contemplate this company, check them out on the Better Business Bureau if you don't think I'm telling the truth.
