Read More We moved into a brand-new construction home. The floors were pristine, and we were terrified of scratching them. The entire crew wore soft shoe covers without us even asking. They used thick, padded sliders under every piece of furniture. They even laid down temporary runners in the high-traffic areas. There is not a single mark on our new floors.

They never completed the move that I had paid for. I wrote emails, left voicemails, and made over twenty phone calls. My calls were never answered by them. After waiting on hold for more than twenty-five minutes, I was promised that someone will call me back, but that never happened. A move date would not be given more than 24 hours beforehand. I had to hire a professional moving firm, and when Alliance eventually responded—too late—they refused to give me a refund despite the fact that they had not rendered a service. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY. AVOID USING THIS COMPANY.

Read More The whole move was finished in about one day, and I was relieved with how it turned out. I hired the team from Brightside Moving Group to handle my move from PA to NB. There was a full house of packed cartons, storage bins, and a few items I couldn’t lift on my own. They showed up in the morning and got straight to work without making it feel rushed. By the end, all my belongings were inside the new place and ready for me to start unpacking. I’m happy to leave a positive review for a job well done!

They spent most of the morning loading the truck and made sure everything was tied down tight so it wouldn't move during the drive. It was a relief to see them take the job seriously and not just rush through it. They even helped me position the sofa twice because I couldn't decide on the spot.

Read More Solid 5 star service for my move. I had a lot of bulky items like a trampoline and a large sectional sofa that needed to be taken apart to fit through the door. The movers brought their own tools and had everything dismantled and loaded in about 2 hours. They were very careful with the upholstery and used plenty of shrink wrap to keep the white fabric clean. It was a very smooth experience.
