Read More We hired Brightside moving group for a long distance move from California to Florida. I want to be clear I am seeking nothing other than my dignity after being lied to, deceived, taken advantage of and tricked by a true crime ring disguised as a reputable moving company. From the initial first call down to the final last leg of my move they are all in this together to get as much money from you as possible with deceit. In the end, it is bait and switch tactics that led to my moving "estimate" becoming double of what was originally quoted. They rush everything and then you as a customer waits weeks to get your belongings back in sometimes broken pieces. The most painful part was to see that I signed agreeing to some of their tricks long before I received my items. They know exactly what they are doing and sadly there are always suckers like me to fill in the next line of customers. I feel violated to put it quite bluntly. Buyer beware and do not trust one thing this company or any of the movers that they contract with. They all lie and deceive then each blames the other. My son is still waiting for his items three weeks later for a move that was less than 8 hours away. He refused to allow them to upsell, deceive and lie to him and now he is at their mercy waiting endlessly because they can. Shameful group that deserves to never be in business or customer service.
