Read More They showed up on moving day and suddenly hiked up the price — no reason, no warning, just “this is what it is.” Total bait and switch. The guy who showed up got on the phone and called someone named “Mo” to negotiate a new price. Then they manhandled my stuff like it was trash. My TV arrived cracked, and my YSL purse vanished. When I asked about it, I got the classic “we’ll check the cameras” line — and then radio silence. They ignored my texts and calls like I was the problem. It gets worse: they didn’t even finish the job themselves. They outsourced my move to some random company without telling me, and that driver called me telling me that his truck broke down and asked me for gas money in order to deliver my belongings to my house. Mo was either MIA or feeding me lies. He gave me an 800 number to file an insurance claim— it went right back to him. Then he gave me another number that said Blue Diamond wasn’t even insured with them. Eventually, he claimed he opened a “case” with some guy named Abrahim. Shockingly, I never heard from him either. This company is shady, unprofessional, and completely careless. They stole from me, lied to me, and made my life hell. If you value your belongings — or your sanity — stay FAR, FAR away.

Read More I’ve never seen a crew work so slowly in my life. They arrived late and took almost an hour just to start loading the truck because they were getting organized. Once they began, they took frequent breaks and moved at a snail’s pace. A job that should have taken three to four hours dragged on for almost seven, and I ended up paying extra for their inefficiency. It felt like they were deliberately dragging it out to inflate the bill.

Read More Where do you start? Sales company, moving company, and customer service are all liars. Guaranteed pick up in 2 day window? They show up at 9 pm and ask if you're ready. Then, they send one poor fool for the whole packing and moving deal, and make an excuse that someone canceled. Sorry. Then, they "guarantee" your stuff will arrive 7 days from dispatch date. 3 weeks later, you're just thinking you got scammed and they took your stuff. But don't worry, if you're lucky, they'll delivery it the last day of the contract (21-30 business days) so you can't sue them. When your life arrives, you'll have a lot of items you didn't before, and many missing that you sent. Xbox, ladders, etc. Whatever is worth money will be "lost". But good luck filing an insurance claim, bc the inventory they make just said 80 boxes. Complete scam
