Read More We are so happy with our experience with Big Apple Moving. Michele's team was professional, thoughtful, and gentle with our goods, and went above and beyond. I am not able to lift much on my own, and they made sure every storage box, elfa shelf unit, and piece of furniture was put exactly where I wanted it. They were courteous and efficient, and we would happily work with them again. Mylos the coordinator was also responsive, thought through all the details, and was easy to work with. Pricing was more affordable than comparable moving companies that offer the same services. Thank you Michele and Big Apple Moving!

Read More Unpleasant experience. I only used them as I had to move on that day and had cancelled other companies. They demanded upfront full payment, increased the quoted hours. They harassed me non stop for additional payment when quoted hours were increased yet it was their system glitch. Company made it seem like I had alot of stuff yet their truck had other stuff in it already.. I don’t know if that is legal. Not a pleasant experience at all.
