Read More I moved across the country and trusted this company with everything I own. In the initial phone call, they promised delivery within 3–5 days of pick-up. After that came and went, they then stated it was 3-5 days from pickup from the warehouse. It has now been well over a month, and I still have no idea where my belongings are or when they’ll arrive. Every time I reach out, I get vague, evasive answers, if I get a response at all. I’ve been living in a new city with nothing but a suitcase, waiting on furniture, kitchen essentials, and sentimental items I may never see again. What should have been an exciting new chapter has turned into a constant source of stress and anxiety. This company has been completely unreliable and uncommunicative. Do not make the same mistake I did. If you value peace of mind or just want your things to actually arrive look elsewhere.

Read More I was very hesitant to book a move cross country from Long Beach, NY to Sacramento, CA. I mean what I moving was all that I had to my name. My moving coordinator assured me that I was in good hands & boy oh boy she was right about that!! She stayed with me from beginning to end. They were very attentive, from their customer service & their quality assurance department they were on point! The only complaint that I had was that they ran about an hour behind at pickup. The movers that showed up were very professional. I even made them sandwiches and gave them some soda & chips. Delivery went well. I highly recommend them! They helped with everything from planning to packing, and they took the time to make sure my belongings were in good hands. Delivery was on time and everything was in perfect condition. They called me ahead of time to let me know about pickup and delivery. The price they offered was reasonable, I compared other companies but decided to trust BMR and I was not disappointed. Glad I went with this company. Great service all around!

I'm constantly at work and didn't have much time to do a thorough estimate, but she gave me a fair estimate and took the time to explain all the details and possible deviations. I was worried that my list of things would be very different from what was actually in the truck because I didn't know what I would have to leave and what I would have to take to Texas until the last minute. But Giovanna made it so I didn't even have to argue with the driver, who was a great guy by the way! It made planning my move much less stressful!
