Read More Everything went so smoothly. Once Bekins received my belongings from our local mover to the time of delivery they stayed in contact with me to let me know the timeline. Everything arrived safely and I couldn’t be more pleased. Will recommend to my friends.

The movers were absolutely unprofessional. Ward’s Moving and Storage in Cocoa does not deserve to bear the Bekins name unless this is just how Bekins does business. ... Read More The movers were absolutely unprofessional. Ward’s Moving and Storage in Cocoa does not deserve to bear the Bekins name unless this is just how Bekins does business. The movers reeked of weed, threw items, refused to properly pack tvs, lied about the upfront costs required on the day of the move, looked through packed boxes, lied about the quality of items on the form, and attempted to steal items. We will never use Bekins again after this experience.

Read More I used Bekins Van Lines Movers for a long distance move with two different delivery locations and everything from pickup to delivery went very smoothly. All office personnel were very communicative and forthright with all necessary information. I would highly recommend Bekins Van Lines Movers for any long distance move.

Read More Our experience with Bekins was horrible. We moved cross country this summer. The van was 11 days late in arriving past the expected date and 6 days past the last date for arrival. Our entire load was taken off our first truck and put onto a second truck before finally arriving almost 2 weeks late. An entire large box of china, glasses, and irreplaceable family treasures which had been packed carefully and with a lot of padding, were broken. No doubt being moved a total of 3 times very well could have been the cause. The first week without our things we camped out in the new house on an air mattress. The second week, we moved to a hotel which we were reimbursed for by Bekins with half of our meals. The people who we dealt with in Customer Service did not exhibit concern for our plight and seemed to be in no hurry to solve the problem. There was no excuse for our van being so absurdly late or for Bekins making our move so much more stressful and upsetting than it needed to be. We asked for a partial refund of our move cost and were told that the hotel/meal refund was all they do. I would not recommend that anyone use Bekins. They did not deliver our things intact or in the time frame specified. Bekins let us down.
