Would not recommend!
Was an absolute horrible experience. They did not adequately share the schedule prior to me signing. Then picked up my items from CO and brought them to NY for storage “until a driver and truck became available”. Had no sense of urgency or care to get me my items in a timely manner. Took OVER 30 days before I received my stuff for my out-of-state move. Lived without my items for a month. Finally got my things, with NO discount and some of the boxes were beat up and only 2 people were sent to unload and move my stuff in... Would not recommend!

Highly recommend them!
The office relocation was quick and precise. Desks, files, and chairs were packed and delivered without problems. Everything in the new location was arranged neatly, which helped everyone settle back into work right away.

DO NOT DO IT!!!! All the reviews are correct. They will give you a "worst case scenario" estimate and then when the movers get to your place, they will tell you, "oh this is way more than we thought! Pay $2500 more or we will not move your stuff." They expect you to pay despite their employee messing up the estimate. Reading the other reviews it looks like this happens all the time. Once they get your money, they will be completely unresponsive and ignore all calls and emails. They magically "lost" my expensive Sonos speakers at the "warehouse" that I watched being loaded on the truck and they basically tell you "tough luck". My experience has been with Jannah and Alex and Jannah completely disappeared after getting my money. Alex does not respond either and does not care whatsoever. This place WILL scam you. Avoid at all costs!

I really enjoyed every moment of this movie.
I had a wonderful experience with this moving company. The movers were friendly, hardworking, and efficient. They packed everything securely and completed the move quickly. The pricing was fair with no hidden charges. Very satisfied with the service.

The move for my grandparents went well thanks to (person name) and his calm approach. He talked to them with respect, let them take breaks when needed, and handled their things with care.

Brilliant, reliable, and friendly
Our move to another state took most of the weekend, but the team stayed professional the entire time. They drove safely and kept communication clear about their arrival. Once they arrived at the new place, they unloaded carefully and even helped adjust the furniture layout. After such a long trip, I was grateful they still had energy and good humor.

DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR BELONGINGS
Had my belongings delivered after my expected delivery date. MULTIPLE items damaged; including a new LG Dryer that looks like it had been dropped off the truck and dented; shattered mirrors, broken patio furniture and a sectional couch that now has holes and missing cushions. I was not advised of any insurance options, but apparently I signed away something that was not stated to me. Therefore I was never discussed the option for full coverage of my belongins. I am only now supposedly receiving 60 cents per pound on damaged items. With that if a new dryer is dented and damaged I will supposedly only receive around $180 for a $1000 new digital machine. This company is very misleading and has a 3rd party supposed insurance affiliate that makes it impossible to submit all of your files, photos and documentation. I have also emailed them and have yet to hear a response. My items were delivered a month ago. If you do decide to use this company that hires random people from the internet to care for you items and to come into your home without interviews and more importantly, back ground checks you should read your contract thoroughly and dont sign anything until you know exactly every word that is in the contract. What they will tell you is the opposite of what you will experience.

If I could give this company ZERO stars, I would. This was hands-down the most dishonest, careless, and unacceptable moving experience I have ever had. Cash went missing during our move. Multiple belongings were broken. They quite literally packed DEAD BUGS into our boxes instead of taking even the slightest care with our possessions. As if that weren’t bad enough, they changed the agreed-upon price just THREE DAYS before pickup—raising it by THOUSANDS of dollars when we had virtually no time to find another company. It felt like a deliberate bait-and-switch designed to trap us once they knew we were depending on them. A moving company is trusted inside your home and around nearly everything you own. That trust was completely violated. Between the missing cash, damaged property, disgusting packing practices, and last-minute price increase, I would never allow this company near my belongings again. Please take this warning seriously: document absolutely everything, photograph your valuables, count your cash, read every line of the contract, and do not assume the original quote will be honored. Better yet, protect yourself and hire someone else. I would strongly discourage anyone from giving this company their business.

This is absolutely unacceptable behavior from a moving company. Customers put an enormous amount of trust in movers because they have access to their homes, personal belongings, and family possessions. The issues you described would be enough to make anyone upset, but the alleged treatment of your daughter’s crib and bed is especially disturbing. I hope your evidence is preserved and taken seriously.

Very disappointed.
During my move, I misplaced a leaf on a dining room table, broke a TV (which was improperly boxed and did not remove the base and cushion the corners, leaving the screen damaged and the base jammed into place), broke a table leg, delivered someone else's box without explaining the difference between poundage and replacement costs, and sent movers who had a very poor command of the English language and covered up their errors until I started unpacking and closely inspecting. The company simply instructs you to submit an insurance claim, but the delivery signing of the paperwork did not clarify the difference between replacement and poundage (60 cents per pound of lost, damaged, etc.). I have chairs for a dining room table, but there isn't a middle leaf to extend the table, so it's difficult to accommodate eight people. Extremely disappointed.
