What blew me away about Amex Moving & Storage was their meticulous attention to detail. When they arrived, they did a quick walkthrough of my home, noting any fragile or tricky items. I had a collection of delicate wine glasses that I was super anxious about, but they individually wrapped each one and packed them in a custom-sized box with dividers. My oversized mirror was double-wrapped in padding, and they secured the corners with special foam protectors. The team worked like a well-oiled machine, never wasting a second. At my new house, they assembled my bed frame and adjusted my wobbly nightstand before placing it down. It felt like they genuinely cared about my belongings, which made all the difference.
I wholeheartedly recommend this company! From the initial phone conversation until the relocation day, they communicated well. The entire crew was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The relocation was rapid and efficient. Most notably, compared to previous movers, they were extremely cautious and took great care in transporting our stuff. It truly provided us with peace of mind.
We opted for their unpacking service, and it was worth every penny. They helped us organize, hang artwork, and settle in fast. We felt at home right away. This is going to be the only moving company we'll ever use!
The unexpected outpour of rain certainly did not demotivate the movers. They were as determined as ever to wrap my move up on schedule. They brought big plastic coverings and numerous rolls of bubble wrap to thoroughly pack every piece. It was a smart move on their part since it prevented even a droplet of water from seeping in. After arriving to my new apartment, they draped their raincoats on and even unloaded and arranged all my things accordingly! They’re stunning at what they do!
Their preliminary evaluation was meticulous, with team members making extensive notes about everything that would need to be relocated. They gave a thorough quote that they stuck to throughout the project. They showed up on moving day on time and ready to work with a full toolset.
This was my first time using professional movers and AMEX Moving made the experience seamless! We packed our clothes and small items ourselves prior to moving day but Amex Moving did the rest - carefully wrapping our furniture, Frame TV, and disassembling and re-assembling our bed frame with their own tools. Everything arrived safely and with no damage! We have two small dogs and the team made our pups feel safe and gave us more time to tend to them during a process that can be scary to two small Italian greyhounds. Can't recommend this service enough and will definitely be using them again for our future moves!
Had an excellent experience with these movers. They arrived on time and were very efficient. They packed up all my belongings with great care, especially my delicate items. They were friendly and worked quickly, making the whole process much less stressful. They stayed within the quoted price and were very transparent about any additional charges. Amex Moving & Storage stepped in when another company dropped the ball and didn’t even show up. I called them and they were on it. They quickly got things set up and out to me. I should have just gone with them in the first flipping place.
