I'm giving them 5 stars for communication alone. The office sent text updates. The crew leader, Juan, called me 30 minutes before arrival. At the new place, he confirmed the room layout with me twice. Everyone knew the plan. We moved a king bed, two dressers, and a large sectional sofa. Everything went where it was supposed to.
