This company pays for fake reviews and doesn't allow any negative reviews to stay on any platform. All of their reviews are fake. Do not recommend whatsoever. My family and I used AMEX moving when moving from Connecticut to North Carolina in August. At first all seemed well, and things were packed up completely. Items were combined from different rooms at the time and scattered into random boxes but we did not mind. We actually had a 5 star review up for this company until a few days ago. Which I should also note that the employee who was in charge of all our paperwork actually asked me to write the 5 star review and submit it right in front of her, which is why it was posted immediately and up for several months. However, now several months later we are opening up all the boxes as we finally moved into our final location, and several items are damaged and lost. My mother had several boxes of decorative plants, most of which were forcibly shoved into boxes with no paper or wrapping, resulting in them snapping in half or losing majority of their leaves/flowers. Almost all had to be thrown out We are also missing a box with a large set of crystal drinking glasses, and who knows what else was in that box. But worst of all, we are missing all of my childhood toys. I have been collecting stuffed animals since I was a little girl, and the entire set, which I had packed myself, left just for AMEX to move, is missing. Along with that, my DISNEY Lego collection which is probably worth hundreds on top of the many Disney plushies already gone is also missing. After calling the company to ask for help, not even compensation or anything, just because I would like my lost items if they have them, I was given the number to file a claim. Mind you claims are only valid 9 months from the move date, and if you know all the items within the missing boxes (pretty convenient that they mixed around items from our household into each box so we have no idea what is in each one). Complaining or asking for compensation is the last thing my family is looking for, we just want our lost items back, but it is extremely disappointing we are missing all these items in the first place. Would not recommend and I am extremely upset with the service.

This guys are pros
This team did a great job with my belongings when I moved into my new place. They spent several hours loading the truck and made sure to secure the loose items, so nothing shifted on the road. I stayed in the driveway while they worked, and they just kept a steady pace until the house was empty. My stuff all got to the new house in the same condition as when it left the old place.

Thank you for making it so easy.
The movers showed up on time and handled all of my furniture with care. They stayed organized and made the whole process much less stressful. I'm very happy with how everything turned out and would gladly use them again.

Absolutely reliable!!
Amex Moving & Storage moving services totally rocked my world! Last year's movers were a complete disaster compared to this awesome crew. They actually cared about my stuff, including my precious deep fryer, electric heater, and steamer!!

Immaculate service!
Great service again! Malvin and his crew moved us from our big house to our new condo. Then, once we were settled, they got all of our valuable art out of storage and delivered it to us. Everyone is professional, friendly, and takes great care of all the items. They are also enjoyable to be around. I will always use Amex Moving & Storage in the future!

I have been satisfy with my experience
I have no doubts about recommending this company. The movers carefully took apart and put back together all of my furniture and tools at the new house. They took care of everything; all I had to do was tell them where to mail the packages.

Great value! Headache free!
Henry and his team were extremely professional from the start. They handled all of our belongings with care. All items were properly handled and wrapped. They worked very hard without rushing ensuring nothing was damaged. We would highly recommend this company to anyone!!!!

Cool Guyz.
I definitely recommend this service if you don’t want any problems when moving. The crew showed up and immediately got to work on the heavy boxes that I couldn't lift by myself. They kept the truck clean and tidy while they organized our possessions for the trip. It was much faster than I expected, and they didn't take any long breaks. Amex Moving & Storage provides a solid service for a price that actually makes sense for a normal person.

Excellent bargain.
The movers were courteous, efficient and very well organized. They named everything, loaded the truck in good order, and unloaded in good order. I loved how they kept me up to date throughout the process.
