I'm giving them 5 stars for communication alone. The office sent text updates. The crew leader, Juan, called me 30 minutes before arrival. At the new place, he confirmed the room layout with me twice. Everyone knew the plan. We moved a king bed, two dressers, and a large sectional sofa. Everything went where it was supposed to.
I was amazed at how well this moving and storage company did their job. Much extra work was done to ensure everything was moved and packed safely. Their storage unit was clean and safe, which gave me peace of mind. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who needs reliable moving and storage services.
