Genuinely kind people, that's for sure. Today, they really went out of their way to help me. The guys' competence, politeness, and genuine desire to help me as a customer blew my mind.
The service was phenomenal from the booking to the delivery! Henry was a great foreman, he was super helpful and diligent! The entire team was kind and I did not have to lift a finger! This team made my hectic move—across several states—easy!
The moving crew was a delight to collaborate with. We used the services of 3 movers to transport two-bedroom apartment. They showed there when they said they would, were careful with our possessions, and packed and loaded everything swiftly. We greatly appreciate the team's efforts in ensuring a seamless transition for us!
My wife and I can't say enough about Amex Moving & Storage. The front office was a pleasure to work with and the crew that was sent to move our belongings was outstanding. I never saw four young men (Henry, kendry, Javier and Vicente) work so hard as they did. They were a "machine!" The move took just under 12 hours to complete and they busted their tails to the very end. They were very knowledgeable in dismantling our electronics, beds, shelving, etc. and reassembling everything perfectly. As the crew left one of the young men said, "tell your friends about us!" We most certainly will. Thank you once again!
We were forced to relocate a home office, alongside our possessions. The movers kept all items together so there would be no damage to the desk, chair, monitor boxes etc. That helped to make everything a little simpler when it came to setting up at the new location.
What I liked the most was how they dealt with my constant questions. I tend to overthink during moves, but they answered everything patiently without getting irritated. There were around 18 boxes, and each one was placed where I asked without any confusion. That kind of attention made the whole experience feel more comfortable.
I moved from one apartment to another just a few blocks away, but I had a lot of fragile things, including glass shelving and monitors. The movers were extremely careful and used padding and wrapping without me having to request it. There was nothing broken or scratched, and they were done faster than I expected. It was a small move, but they treated it like it mattered.
I had a pile of soft toys, a mountain of odd furniture and a host of little tools in my art studio. AMEX Moving & Storage's crew labeled my tool drawers without being asked, and every canvas was filled with foam, and the shelving was tied down so nothing moved during the trip. It couldn't have been a better one!
Fragile items like glass tables and picture frames were packed with care. Everything reached the new home safely, and I couldn’t be happier with how attentive and respectful the movers were. They exceeded my expectations.
