The crew showed up on a Tuesday morning and started loading the truck right away. I had a lot of loose items in the hallway that needed to be moved. They handled the boxes and placed them in the specific rooms I pointed out earlier. The team stayed until the job was finished late in the afternoon. My furniture arrived at the house in the same shape as it was before.

I am writing this because I was super impressed with the specialized piano skid they used. They didn't even leave a scuff on the hardwood floors while moving that beast of an instrument. It’s rare to see that kind of expertise these days.
