With my stuff going on a long journey, the Amex Moving & Storage gave me real-time updates so I could chill. I knew where my furniture was at all times, which was a big relief.
Moving my 1-bedroom house with a large collection of fragile items was done in 4 hours. The movers were extremely meticulous and friendly.
They were very careful as they loaded my washer and dryer onto the truck, and I was grateful for it. My main fear was the possibility of scratches or dents, given that these were relatively new equipment. Everything came undamaged, and the movers even offered to assist me in reconnecting them. Impressive assistance received.
5 stars is not even enough!!! First time using a moving company and it was such a great experience. They were so great to work with. Alex team who came to pack up our home was phenomenal!! My family and I cannot thank you all enough! Definitely recommend, 10/10, if we need to move again AMEX Moving & Storage will be our first call.

The relocation was rapid and efficient. Most notably, compared to previous movers, they were extremely cautious and took great care in transporting our stuff. It truly provided us with peace of mind.
I was initially impressed by the glowing reviews about AMEX Moving & Storage and decided to hire them for my move. What a mistake that was! The crew that showed up was unorganized and careless with my belongings. They damaged several pieces of furniture, and when I confronted them about it, they were unapologetic and tried to blame me for not packing better! The final bill was also much higher than what was quoted, with hidden fees that were never mentioned upfront. I feel misled and incredibly disappointed. I wish I had gone with a more reputable company.
The movers were courteous, efficient and very well organized. They named everything, loaded the truck in good order, and unloaded in good order. I loved how they kept me up to date throughout the process.
Within 30 minutes of the packers and their supervisor arriving I was told that I had much more than was listed and I would be charged an additional $1600. She said this without any evidence of any items that were not listed. This is after going over the list of items three times with the agent, even adding items. Moving is stressful and I am not young. I felt that I was being taken advantage of, moving day, house was sold! I had a melt down and told her that it was not right. She did not charge me and acted like she was doing me a favor, repeating, 'now are you happy'. They were not honest about all of the transfers to other trucks to transport my belonging to storage. When my things finally arrived at my new address, the truck did not even look road worthy and had leaked during the trip, staining furniture. Some of the boxes that arrived no longer had square corners. It was the worse moving experience I have ever encountered and would never recommend them.
The crew showed up on a Tuesday morning and started loading the truck right away. I had a lot of loose items in the hallway that needed to be moved. They handled the boxes and placed them in the specific rooms I pointed out earlier. The team stayed until the job was finished late in the afternoon. My furniture arrived at the house in the same shape as it was before.
We were very happy with our moving experience from start to finish. Kudos for their exceptional service! They put down protective floor coverings to safeguard my home, showing a level of care I hadn't experienced with previous movers.
