I had a really good experience with Amex Moving & Storage last Tuesday. I was worried about my large mirror and some artwork, but the guys handled everything with a lot of care. It is such a relief to have all my fragile items in the new house without a single crack.
I was not expecting things to go this smoothly. I had 2 stops planned, and they handled both without mixing anything up. Everything ended up in the right place.
Fragile items like glass tables and picture frames were packed with care. Everything reached the new home safely, and I couldn’t be happier with how attentive and respectful the movers were. They exceeded my expectations.
Their preliminary evaluation was meticulous, with team members making extensive notes about everything that would need to be relocated. They gave a thorough quote that they stuck to throughout the project. They showed up on moving day on time and ready to work with a full toolset.
Hiring them was the best decision I made. I was going through a lot personally around the time of the move, and my energy for dealing with logistics was basically zero. The team required almost nothing from me on the day except to tell them where things were going. I sat in the kitchen with a coffee for most of it, and by the time I had processed what was happening, the move was already done.
I had a difficult time due to my moving date changing last minute. The team was understanding and used the new timetable. Sometime on moving day, they were ready and they managed to load everything efficiently. I was thankful for their flexibility and professionalism.
The movers did a fantastic job. They were pleasant to be around and got the job done fast and well. They went to extraordinary lengths to provide a safe transportation for all of the items. When I moved into my new home, they helped me set up all of my furnishings. How wonderful!
I move with Amex after I check on line for moving company I made a big mistake. They move me from Nj to ga and they broke everything stay away at all cost they will Break all your stuff and also the price went from $1975 to 5500$. Can you belive this. Just unbelievable experience
Trouble-free relocation. Even though my move took longer than expected, all my belongings arrived safely. I recommend them without reservation since they are the finest.
