Solid 5 stars for the team. I was mostly worried about my hardwood floors getting scuffed up, but they were very mindful and used floor runners the whole time.
Excellent experience! The movers helped us downsize to a condo. They helped identify what should go into storage versus what to bring now, and kept the whole move organized by color-coded tape. After delivery, they were also kind enough to help us with unpacking. Many thanks!

I hired Amex Moving & Storage to move my office furniture from one building to another downtown. The desks and filing cabinets were heavy and awkward to carry, but the team never complained once. They even set everything back up in the new space so I could start working the same day without doing any extra lifting myself.

We had to move a couple of heavy items which would not have been easily moved by hand. The movers did a great job and handled the heavier items properly.
I was grateful for the skills of Malvin and his team. They managed to move my heavy bed from my old place to my new one without any hassle. They dismantled and reassembled it quickly and smoothly. They also moved my mattress, pillows, sheets, and blankets without any stains or tears. They were very strong and fast.
