I'm giving them 5 stars for communication alone. The office sent text updates. The crew leader, Juan, called me 30 minutes before arrival. At the new place, he confirmed the room layout with me twice. Everyone knew the plan. We moved a king bed, two dressers, and a large sectional sofa. Everything went where it was supposed to.
The crew came right on time for my storage move. They worked quietly and made sure everything was packed neatly before loading it up, which saved me a lot of stress later.
I did not have a lot of stuff, but the team treated my move like it was just as important as any big job. They were thorough and did not leave until everything was properly placed. That kind of movers are hard to find these days.
Amex Moving & Storage provided a dedicated coordinator and has experience with office relocations. The organizer handled the gym equipment efficiently and safely and delivered the new double-story home. Very trustworthy company.
