The movers helped me get a treadmill and an elliptical from my garage into the new house. Those machines are heavy, but they handled them like pros. I'm glad I didn't try that myself.
This was my first time using professional movers and AMEX Moving made the experience seamless! We packed our clothes and small items ourselves prior to moving day but Amex Moving did the rest - carefully wrapping our furniture, Frame TV, and disassembling and re-assembling our bed frame with their own tools. Everything arrived safely and with no damage! We have two small dogs and the team made our pups feel safe and gave us more time to tend to them during a process that can be scary to two small Italian greyhounds. Can't recommend this service enough and will definitely be using them again for our future moves!
Solid 5 stars for the help I got with my move. Javier was great at making sure the driver knew exactly where to park the large truck in my narrow driveway so we didn't block any neighbors.
I had been fretting about relocating our big, heavy upright piano but the crew seemed to know exactly what they were doing. They were equipped with special harnesses and knew their way around narrow passages. All was well, we arrived with nothing broken.
Their preliminary evaluation was meticulous, with team members making extensive notes about everything that would need to be relocated. They gave a thorough quote that they stuck to throughout the project. They showed up on moving day on time and ready to work with a full toolset.
I have no doubts about recommending this company. The movers carefully took apart and put back together all of my furniture and tools at the new house. They took care of everything; all I had to do was tell them where to mail the packages.

It wasn't the most organized move, and I was worried the crew would get frustrated. But they just rolled with it, asked clear questions, and figured out how to load things efficiently. Their calm attitude kept us calm too, which we needed that day.
I scheduled a same day move after finding a last minute rental. I did not have time to pack properly. The movers brought extra boxes and tape with them. They helped me pack my kitchen items and sealed everything securely. They kept track of smaller bags and did not leave anything behind. By evening, all my belongings were inside the new apartment and arranged room by room.
Despite my concerns regarding the schedule, these movers arrived exactly when they said they would. They started the job on time and finished it faster than expected because they did not cut corners. Such consistency is unusual these days.
