Bad Service.

Not only were the movers tardy, but they also reeked of cigarette smoke. During their half hour smoke breaks, they lounged in my driveway, and i had to wait. Their lack of urgency and professionalism was shocking. Super frustrating experience!

Excellent experience!

Excellent experience! The movers helped us downsize to a condo. They helped identify what should go into storage versus what to bring now, and kept the whole move organized by color-coded tape. After delivery, they were also kind enough to help us with unpacking. Many thanks!

I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Highly recommend this team if you have heavy furniture. They brought all the right tools and ramps to move my upright piano and heavy oak wardrobes safely. Amex Moving & Storage made a difficult task look easy, and I’m very happy that my floors didn't get scuffed up in the process.

extremely helpful and pleasant

I scheduled a same day move after finding a last minute rental. I did not have time to pack properly. The movers brought extra boxes and tape with them. They helped me pack my kitchen items and sealed everything securely. They kept track of smaller bags and did not leave anything behind. By evening, all my belongings were inside the new apartment and arranged room by room.

The whole experience was so pleasant
