I was not expecting things to go this smoothly. I had 2 stops planned, and they handled both without mixing anything up. Everything ended up in the right place.
Henry and his team were extremely professional from the start. They handled all of our belongings with care. All items were properly handled and wrapped. They worked very hard without rushing ensuring nothing was damaged. We would highly recommend this company to anyone!!!!
I moved from a second-floor unit into a smaller space nearby, and most of my furniture was old and awkwardly shaped. I had a long dresser and a metal bed frame that I couldn't disassemble on my own. The movers came prepared with tools and figured it all out without damaging anything. They even helped place the bed exactly where I needed it in the new place.
They were very careful to lock my cupboards and drawers so they wouldn't open while in transport. Before they left, they double-checked to make sure my furniture and boxes were delivered without any scratches.
The staff arranged everything in my new apartment according to a meticulous tile floor. They used foam cushioning to pack the cords and remote controls for electronics. The movers were highly knowledgeable and offered me advice on settling in. Wonderful work!

This team did a great job with my belongings when I moved into my new place. They spent several hours loading the truck and made sure to secure the loose items, so nothing shifted on the road. I stayed in the driveway while they worked, and they just kept a steady pace until the house was empty. My stuff all got to the new house in the same condition as when it left the old place.
I'm giving them 5 stars for communication alone. The office sent text updates. The crew leader, Juan, called me 30 minutes before arrival. At the new place, he confirmed the room layout with me twice. Everyone knew the plan. We moved a king bed, two dressers, and a large sectional sofa. Everything went where it was supposed to.
I have a small garden, and moving all my potted plants was something I was really worried about. Amex Moving & Storage movers took special care, placing each pot into a custom crate to keep them from tipping over. They provided extra padding to protect the more delicate plants. When we arrived, they unloaded the garden items first, ensuring they got some sunlight as quickly as possible. Not a single plant was damaged, and their attention to such small details really made my day.
Our entire home office and bedroom set was easy to disassemble and reassemble because of their friendly manner and eagerness to help. We comfortably resided in our new house, thanks to their entire team.
