Super PRECISE and ON TIME!

A heavy safe is a literal pain to move, but the team from Amex Moving & Storage arrived with a heavy-duty dolly. They moved the heavy object through the front door with plenty of clearance. I was worried about my hardwood floors, but they used protective runners the entire time. The job finished faster than my last move. My heavy safe is now in the new place without any damage to it. The team was very professional and did not charge any upfront cost.

My oversized mirror was double-wrapped in padding, and they secured the corners with special foam protectors. The team worked like a well-oiled machine, never wasting a second. At my new house, they assembled my bed frame and adjusted my wobbly nightstand before placing it down. It felt like they genuinely cared about my belongings, which made all the difference.

It all worked out well!

Aweful!

I was initially impressed by the glowing reviews about Amex moving &storage and decided to hire them for my move what a mistake that was! The crew that showed up was unorganized and careless with my belongings. They damaged several pieces or furniture and when I confronted them about it they were unappreciated and tried to blame me for not packing better!!The final bill was also much higher then what was quoted with hidden fees that was never mentioned upfront I feel misled and incredibly disappointed I wish I had gone with a more reputable company "

I moved from one state to another, taking a garage full of tools and oversized storage bins, along with my usual household items.
