Amex Moving & Storage worked around our schedule, showed up early, and kept everything running on time. I liked how clear their communication was. Malvin checked in along the way and made sure delivery happened exactly when we needed it. They helped keep everything stress-free.
They were very careful as they loaded my washer and dryer onto the truck, and I was grateful for it. My main fear was the possibility of scratches or dents, given that these were relatively new equipment. Everything came undamaged, and the movers even offered to assist me in reconnecting them. Impressive assistance received.
I had a pile of soft toys, a mountain of odd furniture and a host of little tools in my art studio. AMEX Moving & Storage's crew labeled my tool drawers without being asked, and every canvas was filled with foam, and the shelving was tied down so nothing moved during the trip. It couldn't have been a better one!

I just moved into my first place and only had furniture, no boxes of stuff. I hired Amex Moving & Storage just to haul the big items. I had a heavy metal desk and a giant TV cabinet I couldn't lift alone. The two young guys who showed up were full of energy and very careful with the freshly painted walls in the new apartment. They worked quickly, and the entire move was finished in less than two hours.

The service met my requirements, and these guys deserve every five-star rating they get.
Vicente noticed that one of my boxes was not sealed properly and fixed it before loading it onto the truck. Small thing, but it saved me from finding broken stuff on the other end. It was a solid overall professional move.
