I move with Amex after I check on line for moving company I made a big mistake. They move me from Nj to ga and they broke everything stay away at all cost they will Break all your stuff and also the price went from $1975 to 5500$. Can you belive this. Just unbelievable experience
I moved from a second-floor unit into a smaller space nearby, and most of my furniture was old and awkwardly shaped. I had a long dresser and a metal bed frame that I couldn't disassemble on my own. The movers came prepared with tools and figured it all out without damaging anything. They even helped place the bed exactly where I needed it in the new place.

Recently, movers handled the relocation of a large wardrobe with professionalism, ensuring a smooth and damage-free process. The service was straightforward and efficient.
Hiring them was the best decision I made. I was going through a lot personally around the time of the move, and my energy for dealing with logistics was basically zero. The team required almost nothing from me on the day except to tell them where things were going. I sat in the kitchen with a coffee for most of it, and by the time I had processed what was happening, the move was already done.
I'm giving them 5 stars for communication alone. The office sent text updates. The crew leader, Juan, called me 30 minutes before arrival. At the new place, he confirmed the room layout with me twice. Everyone knew the plan. We moved a king bed, two dressers, and a large sectional sofa. Everything went where it was supposed to.
Great service again! Malvin and his crew moved us from our big house to our new condo. Then, once we were settled, they got all of our valuable art out of storage and delivered it to us. Everyone is professional, friendly, and takes great care of all the items. They are also enjoyable to be around. I will always use Amex Moving & Storage in the future!
