Javier and the rest of the Amex Moving & Storage staff did an excellent job. Everything was loaded into boxes and ready for moving. The team constructed and dismantled each equipment carefully, and the service was quick and effective.
My expectations were not only met, but exceeded, by the moving assistance. From what I've seen, there are plenty of reliable movers who will actually do the job as promised. Being well-prepared and knowledgeable, their moving crew knew just what to do to ensure a smooth relocation. My loved ones will hear good things about these people from me.
I was hesitant about moving my collection of artwork, including large canvases and delicate sculptures. However, the team handled everything with exceptional care, using high-quality packing materials for security. When I arrived, I was overjoyed to see everything undamaged!
These movers are awesome. They moved everything from my apartment easily, even my grandma's old China set. The team was really friendly, and they finished the job quickly.
These guys were packing experts! They provided plenty of sturdy moving supplies, including mattress covers and furniture blankets.
What I liked the most was how they dealt with my constant questions. I tend to overthink during moves, but they answered everything patiently without getting irritated. There were around 18 boxes, and each one was placed where I asked without any confusion. That kind of attention made the whole experience feel more comfortable.
Had an excellent experience with these movers. They arrived on time and were very efficient. They packed up all my belongings with great care, especially my delicate items. They were friendly and worked quickly, making the whole process much less stressful. They stayed within the quoted price and were very transparent about any additional charges. If you need reliable movers, definitely give them a call!
My dishes, gadgets, and furniture arrived in perfect condition. The packing was done expertly by the moving crew. I will definitely call them if I ever move again!
I selected Amex for its high ratings however, my experience has not been the same. Once they arrived to perform the mace they charged me double the amount. The few boxes they packed got items damaged and my white couch was super dirty. I recommend getting someone that does in person or virtual quotes.

They even asked where I wanted each box. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. I’m super happy with their service.
