My oversized mirror was double-wrapped in padding, and they secured the corners with special foam protectors. The team worked like a well-oiled machine, never wasting a second. At my new house, they assembled my bed frame and adjusted my wobbly nightstand before placing it down. It felt like they genuinely cared about my belongings, which made all the difference.
From the moment I placed the call for a quote,(moving from NY TO FL)The attentiveness from Michelle and the staff was superb!!the day of the move Henry, Michelle and the crew showed up and in less than three hours had everything packed and organized in the truck from my one bedroom apartment they are very pleasant and professional and they sure know what they are doing, A week later I received my furniture and again Raymond and his crew were spectacular not one item was damaged in the transportation of my furniture and they assembled and put everything where I wanted it I cannot say enough about how the process and experience was working with Amex moving!!!!great job!!!! I'm still in contact with them as I consider them family great overall experience!!!!!!!!
