I am writing this because I was super impressed with the specialized piano skid they used. Most movers just try to wing it, but Amex Moving & Storage came prepared with the right equipment and plenty of moving blankets. They didn't even leave a scuff on the hardwood floors while moving that beast of an instrument. It’s rare to see that kind of expertise these days.

delightful experience

Loved the service! I had several large and heavy furniture pieces, including a custom-made dining table and oversized sectional sofa. I had a collection of delicate wine glasses that I was super anxious about, but they individually wrapped each one and packed them in a custom-sized box with dividers. My oversized mirror was double-wrapped in padding, and they secured the corners with special foam protectors. The team worked like a well-oiled machine, never wasting a second. Awesome!

They knew exactly how to handle our houseplants. They had a different section in the truck with adjustable straps to keep the plants upright. They watered them before and after the move, so they didn’t wilt.

Couldn't have gone better.

You should definitely consider these guys if you have a lot of random items that are hard to pack. They organized the truck so well that we actually had some extra space left over at the end. The move was very cautious on the road and made sure our belongings arrived safely. I am very happy with the price and the overall quality of the service we received today.
