I was REALLY happy because the whole process was really easy! My husband left the military, so we had to move our stuff from NY to DE. They called us when the truck was loaded and on its way. Our things were carefully unloaded at our new home.
This company pays for fake reviews and doesn't allow any negative reviews to stay on any platform. All of their reviews are fake. Do not recommend whatsoever. My family and I used AMEX moving when moving from Connecticut to North Carolina in August. At first all seemed well, and things were packed up completely. Items were combined from different rooms at the time and scattered into random boxes but we did not mind. We actually had a 5 star review up for this company until a few days ago. Which I should also note that the employee who was in charge of all our paperwork actually asked me to write the 5 star review and submit it right in front of her, which is why it was posted immediately and up for several months. However, now several months later we are opening up all the boxes as we finally moved into our final location, and several items are damaged and lost. My mother had several boxes of decorative plants, most of which were forcibly shoved into boxes with no paper or wrapping, resulting in them snapping in half or losing majority of their leaves/flowers. Almost all had to be thrown out We are also missing a box with a large set of crystal drinking glasses, and who knows what else was in that box. But worst of all, we are missing all of my childhood toys. I have been collecting stuffed animals since I was a little girl, and the entire set, which I had packed myself, left just for AMEX to move, is missing. Along with that, my DISNEY Lego collection which is probably worth hundreds on top of the many Disney plushies already gone is also missing. After calling the company to ask for help, not even compensation or anything, just because I would like my lost items if they have them, I was given the number to file a claim. Mind you claims are only valid 9 months from the move date, and if you know all the items within the missing boxes (pretty convenient that they mixed around items from our household into each box so we have no idea what is in each one). Complaining or asking for compensation is the last thing my family is looking for, we just want our lost items back, but it is extremely disappointing we are missing all these items in the first place. Would not recommend and I am extremely upset with the service.
The movers showed up with plenty of moving blankets and sturdy straps to make sure the large appliances stayed secure during the drive across town. You can tell that Malvin knows exactly how to load a truck to prevent things from sliding around.
The move itself goes off without a hitch. The messenger service works effectively in the vast majority of instances. It was a pleasure to work with them. I was pleasantly pleased by how little it cost to run. Suggested.

The workers proved that they could load and unload large objects and they did it very well. The packers were able to guarantee a hitch-free relocation and this was A+ service.
I was really impressed by the service from this moving company. They arrived right on time and had everything ready to go. One of the movers noticed that I had a box of fragile kitchenware and handled it with extra care. The team was really fast but very careful with my items. They moved my queen-size mattress, which is always a hassle, without any issues. They also wrapped my leather chairs in protective plastic to keep them clean. What I liked the most was that they didn’t rush. They took their time making sure everything was packed properly in the truck. It made the entire process stress-free.
The crew exceeded my expectations, despite my apprehension about hiring movers. It's definitely worth the money!
I'm giving them 5 stars for communication alone. The office sent text updates. The crew leader, Juan, called me 30 minutes before arrival. At the new place, he confirmed the room layout with me twice. Everyone knew the plan. We moved a king bed, two dressers, and a large sectional sofa. Everything went where it was supposed to.
There are not enough positive things to say about these movers—they were fantastic! They were complete pros from the minute they arrived. They ensured everything was safe in the truck and meticulously packed all my belongings. My relocation went off without a hitch because of them.
