We had a great experience moving our one-bedroom apartment across the state. The three movers were exceptionally polite and energetic. They took apart the bed frame and put it back together at the new place perfectly. They even asked where I wanted the heavy boxes in the kitchen. I highly recommend them to everyone.
We were moving into our first home and had a mix of things from storage, family donations, and new purchases still in boxes. It wasn't the most organized move, and I was worried the crew would get frustrated. But they just rolled with it, asked clear questions, and figured out how to load things efficiently. Their calm attitude kept us calm too, which we needed that day.
I am writing this because I was super impressed with the specialized piano skid they used. Most movers just try to wing it, but Amex Moving & Storage came prepared with the right equipment and plenty of moving blankets. They didn't even leave a scuff on the hardwood floors while moving that beast of an instrument. It’s rare to see that kind of expertise these days.
