Solid 5 stars for the team. I was mostly worried about my hardwood floors getting scuffed up, but they were very mindful and used floor runners the whole time.
Moving with Amex Moving & Storage was fantastic. They were very professional, fast, and careful with my belongings. They arrived on time, packed everything securely, and loaded the truck expertly. They drove safely and unloaded everything without any issues. They listened to my preferences and made sure I was happy with their service.
Since our relocation occurred during a heat wave, I felt bad for the team. Having said that, they never once complained. Their grit, determination, and self-sufficiency were extremely inspiring; they even brought their own beverages and made sure I was okay the whole time.
The final box was placed exactly where I asked. When the team waved goodbye, I almost didn’t want them to leave. They felt like family.
Dragged a metal dolly across my porch, leaving deep black marks that still haven’t come off. When I mentioned it, I got a quick Yeah, that happens before they moved on.
Amex Moving & Storage moving services totally rocked my world! Last year's movers were a complete disaster compared to this awesome crew. They actually cared about my stuff, including my precious deep fryer, electric heater, and steamer!!
We had to move a couple of heavy items which would not have been easily moved by hand. The movers did a great job and handled the heavier items properly.
I move with Amex after I check on line for moving company I made a big mistake. They move me from Nj to ga and they broke everything stay away at all cost they will Break all your stuff and also the price went from $1975 to 5500$. Can you belive this. Just unbelievable experience
