These guys were AWESOME, from the sale team to customer service to the crew that showed up to do the actual moving service. My team was Henry Kendry and Javier. They were awesome. I LOVE everything about this company. This was my first time moving cross country and i will do it again with my eyes close with Amex. I am so glad I chose them over the other companies. What I liked the most was how they dealt with my constant questions. I tend to overthink during moves, but they answered everything patiently without getting irritated. There were around 18 boxes, and each one was placed where I asked without any confusion. That kind of attention made the whole experience feel more comfortable.

I moved from one state to another, taking a garage full of tools and oversized storage bins, along with my usual household items. I expected issues with the heavier items, but the movers had a plan and stuck to it. Everything arrived safely, and nothing was missing. They really knew what they were doing. The whole trip was handled professionally and stayed right on schedule.
My antique furniture arrived in superb shape to my loft condo in DE. The movers disassembled and packed the pieces thoroughly in furniture blankets. After delivery, they reassembled the pieces too without any extra charges. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!
Juan helped me take apart my bed frame because I couldn't get the screws loose on my own. It was a huge relief to have someone there who had the right tools and just handled it without any fuss. Thanks for the great move.
Amex Moving & Storage is the best. I was really glad with their assistance in moving my warehouse. Their team's proficiency in coordinating massive relocations was remarkable. Everything from large machinery to fragile supplies was expertly and efficiently packed, loaded, and delivered.
The movers helped me get a treadmill and an elliptical from my garage into the new house. Those machines are heavy, but they handled them like pros. I'm glad I didn't try that myself.
