I hired Amex Moving & Storage to transport the contents of my two-bedroom apartment to a location. The men showed up on time, were kind and helpful, and worked hard to pack everything. Highest quality service.
Amex Moving & Storage lived up to their name! Their coordinated effort was lightning fast, they showed up precisely when they said they would, and they made my relocation a breeze. They maintained a professional demeanor the whole time. They lifted my carpets and were extremely careful with all of my belongings, including my piano. In addition, they helped me get my new house set up just the way I had envisioned it. I will most certainly use them again, and suggest them.
After selling my condo, I needed to move to a townhouse in another state. The movers packed my furniture tightly with blankets and straps, protecting my dining table's polished surface. Even after hours on the road, everything looked just as it had before. They placed each item exactly where I pointed, making the unpacking process much smoother.
The crew made sure to use padded covers for doorway frames and banisters when moving heavy furniture around in the house. The freshly painted walls had no marks or scuffs on them.
Moving from Valley Cottage,N.Y. to Ocala Florida. Henry and the crew were great!! That's where the good part ended. We had to wait two weeks to get all of our belongings and it finally arrived my work bench was damaged and half of our kitchen items were missing.My wifes expensive purse was missing from one of our boxes.Lots more broken items and we are still upset about the delivery experience.We had to negotiate with Ammex to get a fraction of our money back.
Javier and the rest of the Amex Moving & Storage staff did an excellent job. Everything was loaded into boxes and ready for moving. The team constructed and dismantled each equipment carefully, and the service was quick and effective.
Solid 5 stars for the help I got with my move. Javier was great at making sure the driver knew exactly where to park the large truck in my narrow driveway so we didn't block any neighbors.
Kenny and his guys were wonderful to work with! Punctual. Careful. Easy to communicate with. They were assigned to us through the broker and we are very satisfied. All around great moving experience!!
We had to move after our landlord sold the property. I called this company, and they came on the agreed day. The team started working without needing constant direction. They moved through the house steadily and didn't slow down. I was able to handle phone calls while they took care of the move. The work kept going until the place was empty. It felt like they knew how to handle this type of job without making it complicated.
The movers helped me get a treadmill and an elliptical from my garage into the new house. Those machines are heavy, but they handled them like pros. I'm glad I didn't try that myself.
