My oversized mirror was double-wrapped in padding, and they secured the corners with special foam protectors. The team worked like a well-oiled machine, never wasting a second. At my new house, they assembled my bed frame and adjusted my wobbly nightstand before placing it down. It felt like they genuinely cared about my belongings, which made all the difference.

Not only were the movers tardy, but they also reeked of cigarette smoke. During their half hour smoke breaks, they lounged in my driveway, and i had to wait. Their lack of urgency and professionalism was shocking. Super frustrating experience!
