I moved from a two-bedroom apartment to a new condo, but I didn't have time to pack everything properly. Amex Moving & Storage stepped in and brought all the packing materials. They wrapped my electronics and artwork with care and didn't leave a mess behind. I appreciated how organized they were, especially since I was behind on things. They turned a hectic day into something surprisingly smooth.
The team helped me unload a few boxes at my new residence. Throughout, I was confident that my belongings were in capable care.
My antique furniture arrived in superb shape to my loft condo in DE. The movers disassembled and packed the pieces thoroughly in furniture blankets. After delivery, they reassembled the pieces too without any extra charges. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

The movers made a great impression right from the start. They came with clean uniforms, a well-marked truck, and the right equipment. This was a cross-town move for my family of five. They carried three beds, a big sofa, and about 40 boxes without damaging anything. Everything was placed exactly where we wanted it. The whole job was finished earlier than promised.
Great service again! Malvin and his crew moved us from our big house to our new condo. Then, once we were settled, they got all of our valuable art out of storage and delivered it to us. I must says this company are Amazing! The movers were fast and efficient they sapped everything so professionally I am amazed. Also delivery was quick we received it in NC within 4 days. I highly recommend AMEX to everyone looking for trustworthy moving company.
I'm giving them 5 stars for communication alone. The office sent text updates. The crew leader, Juan, called me 30 minutes before arrival. At the new place, he confirmed the room layout with me twice. Everyone knew the plan. We moved a king bed, two dressers, and a large sectional sofa. Everything went where it was supposed to.
