Super PRECISE and ON TIME!

A heavy safe is a literal pain to move, but the team from Amex Moving & Storage arrived with a heavy-duty dolly. They moved the heavy object through the front door with plenty of clearance. I was worried about my hardwood floors, but they used protective runners the entire time. The job finished faster than my last move. My heavy safe is now in the new place without any damage to it. The team was very professional and did not charge any upfront cost.

Awesome!

They knew exactly how to handle our houseplants. They had a different section in the truck with adjustable straps to keep the plants upright. They watered them before and after the move, so they didn’t wilt.

Bad Service.

Not only were the movers tardy, but they also reeked of cigarette smoke. During their half hour smoke breaks, they lounged in my driveway, and i had to wait. Their lack of urgency and professionalism was shocking. Super frustrating experience!

Very professional and caring.

I was worried about the fabric sofa when it started to rain while the transfer was happening. The movers wasted no time in applying a second layer of waterproof material to ensure its cleanliness and protection from moisture. Undoubtedly the finest!

Great work

These guys were AWESOME, from the sale team to customer service to the crew that showed up to do the actual moving service. My team was Henry Kendry and Javier. They were awesome. I LOVE everything about this company. This was my first time moving cross country and i will do it again with my eyes close with Amex. I am so glad I chose them over the other companies. Highly recommended for long distance moves 👍👍
